The Santos Dumont Institute launched this Monday (5) a notice to fill a vacancy for Human and Organizational Development Coordinator. The vacancy is aimed at people interested in coordinating and implementing human development strategies, internal communication, quality of life at work, performance management, among others.
The hiring regime is via CLT, with a 40-hour working week, from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The salary is R$ 6,753.63 plus benefits, which include: health plan, dental plan, meal vouchers, food vouchers, group life insurance and chartered transport for the journey between Natal and the ISD units in Macaíba .
Some of the prerequisites for the position are: graduation in Psychology, Administration, Production Engineering or other areas related to people management; Specialization in People Management, Quality Management and related areas and experience in a proven leadership role in the area of human development or people and process management.
