Position Mission: Create, develop and implement communication actions, aiming to promote the organization's image to employees, scientific, technological and educational community, as well as society in general.

Description of the activities to be carried out by the position:
Creation, standardization and monitoring of the communication plan; maintenance of social networks such as facebook, twitter and blogs in order to increase the organization's visibility on the internet for employees, the scientific, technological and educational community, as well as society in general; preparation, sending, data collection and presentation of work and research results; generation of content for articles to be sent to the press: press releases; organization of internal events and participation in external events; planning and coordination of institutional endomarketing actions and internal campaigns, as well as the area's activities; development of internal campaigns aimed at employee engagement; follow-up and interface with an external third-party communication agency: press office.

The Candidate must have extensive experience with corporate communication; experience with development and monitoring of internal programs and writing texts; experience monitoring and managing content on an internet portal; differential: experience with internal communication in teaching and research institutes; university degree in Journalism, Public Relations or related areas; post graduation in Science Journalism; advanced English, differential: Fluent English, Office package: advanced.
