director, Reginaldo Freitas J\u00fanior, and the administrative director, Jovan Gadioli dos Santos.<\/p>\n<p>The members of the Executive Board are responsible for carrying out the activities inherent to the title of their positions, and must comply with the guidelines and guidelines that are defined in the strategic plans approved by the Board of He has a specialization in Business Management (MBA) from the Get\u00falio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and in Education for the Health Professions from the Federal University of Cear\u00e1 (UFC) \/ FAIMER Brazil Institute. He held positions in the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), acting, among others, in the General Coordination for the Execution of Development and in the head of the Office of the Presidency. He was Director of Administration at the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), a Social Organization that manages four national laboratories in Campinas strategies;<\/li><li>Proposals for a management contract, budget, investment program and action plan for the execution of activities;<\/li><li>Financial and accounting statements and annual accounts;<\/li><li>Creation and amendment of statutes, internal regulations, own regulations for contracting works, services, purchases and disposals, as well as a plan for positions, salaries and employee benefits;<\/li><li>Management and activity reports to be forwarded to the supervisory body for the execution of the management contract;<\/li><li>Compliance with defined guidelines and
