The Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa Alberto Santos Dumont \u2013ISD manages resources from the Public Power through\u00a0Management Agreement<\/a>\u00a0with the Ministry of Education (MEC) and is guided by the constitutional principles of Public Administration. Its activities are assessed, monitored and supervised by the federal control bodies and by the Commission for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Management Contract (CAACG\/MEC), constituted by the Supervisory Body, which, every six months, analyzes the fulfillment of goals and indicators agreed with the MEC .<\/p>

Under this Agreement, between 2014 and 2019, R$ 101.2 million were transferred, out of the R$ 247 million originally planned.<\/p>

The Management Agreement, entered into between the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa Alberto Santos Dumont \u2013ISD and the Ministry of Education \u2013MEC, was analyzed by the Federal Court of Auditors through the audit process TC 009.796\/2015-0, and whose analysis was continued in cases TC 016.008\/2016-2 and TC 015.677\/2019-2.<\/p>

Through Judgment 1975\/2019, issued under TC 015.677\/2019-2, the Court recognized the full compliance, by ISD, of the notes under its responsibility, previously conveyed in Judgments 1335\/2016 and 2194\/2018<\/p>

Considering that the Court recognized that the ISD complied with all the recommendations made within the scope of the audit procedure and that there are no further measures to be taken by the Institute, at the present time, in the context of the processes of the Federal Court of Auditors, it is presented at attached table<\/a> a summary of the Judgments of the Federal Court of Accounts addressed to the ISD, with their respective determinations, measures and results.
