How about spending an afternoon learning non-traditional academic skills? That's what a workshop promoted by Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neuroscience (IIN-ELS)<\/strong><\/a>, as an extra activity for the Assistive Technology discipline of Master's in Neuroengineering<\/strong><\/a>. The action, which takes place on the day January 24, 2019, 1:30 p.m. to 4:55 p.m.<\/strong>, is open to anyone interested in the topic addressed and will be conducted by Tamires Correa Mar\u00e7al<\/strong>, who is on an exchange program at IIN-ELS, is a graduate student in the Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience at Federal University of ABC (UFABC)<\/strong><\/a> and founder of the neuroscience student organization, Sapiens<\/strong>. At the end of the event, there will be a certificate for participants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tNeuroengineering is a multidisciplinary field with great potential to serve the human species' agenda. How can we build integrative neuroscience projects beyond academic boundaries? We will look at the necessary qualities of a team with members from different areas, as well as methodologies for communicating with the outside world, connecting people and organizations. This workshop will work on non-traditional academic skills through various tools, activities and discussions.
