At the invitation of the Casa do Empres\u00e1rio de Maca\u00edba, the General Director of the Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), Reginaldo Freitas Junior<\/strong>, spoke about the work carried out at ISD through the\u00a0Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neuroscience (IIN-ELS)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0It's from Anita Garibaldi Health Education and Research Center (CEPS)<\/b><\/a>. Other members of the Institution's Board of Directors detailed the areas in which the ISD operates: Jovan Gadioli<\/b>, Administrative Director of ISD; lilian lisbon<\/b>, CEPS manager; It is Edgard Morya<\/b>, Manager of the IIN-ELS.<\/p>

The activity brought together various authorities and members of the local trade and business community, including Auri Simpl\u00edcio<\/b>, Deputy Mayor of Maca\u00edba; Luiz Lacerda<\/b>, president of the Maca\u00edba Retail Trade Union; It is Venicio Gama Pacheco<\/b>, president of the Chamber of Shopkeepers of Maca\u00edba, in addition to representatives of other entities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On the occasion, the ISD Board was able to show the public the evolution of the work carried out in the city, explaining how the Institute's axes of action contribute to a fairer and more humane transformation of the local reality, also providing socio-economic development.\u00a0<\/p>

The deputy mayor mentioned the fact that the ISD promotes the so-called knowledge industry in the region and Freitas J\u00fanior reaffirmed the importance of Macaibenses knowing what is done at the ISD and increasingly appropriating the history of more than a decade of work in the areas of neurosciences, neuroengineering, maternal and child health and people with disabilities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
