The Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neuroscience (IIN-ELS), of the Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), kicked off this Wednesday (26) the 2021.2 selection for the Master's in Neuroengineering \u2013 the only one in Brazil in this area of knowledge.<\/span><\/p>

Registration is free and will be open until June 14. This will be the 16th class of the program.<\/span><\/p>

Vacancies<\/b><\/p>

The notice<\/span> (available on the page <\/span>bit.ly\/mestrado-neuroengenharia-isd<\/span><\/a>) predicts <\/span>a total of 10 vacancies, with entry in August 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Of the total offered, 7 are of broad competition,<\/span> 1<\/span> is reserved for professors and staff of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) and <\/span>2<\/span> are for graduates of the Multiprofessional Residency program in Health Care for People with Disabilities, at ISD.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The number of approved students may, however, be lower or higher than the number of available places, depending on the results of the technical evaluation of the candidates and suitability of the research projects.<\/span><\/p>

Selection process<\/b><\/p>

The selection of candidates will be carried out in the probable period from June 21st to 29th.\u00a0<\/span>2021.<\/span><\/p>

The selection process includes analysis of documents such as letters of intent, letters of recommendation, CV and academic record. For those approved at this stage, there is also an eliminatory and qualifying interview phase.<\/span><\/p>

The announcement of those approved is scheduled for July 2, 2021 and classes are scheduled to start on August 2.<\/span><\/p>
