The Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) releases this Monday (3) the official schedule of the 1st Day of the Care Network for People with Disabilities in RN. The scientific event takes place on June 6th and 7th, at the Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neurosciences (IIN-ELS), in Maca\u00edba. Registration has now closed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The official opening of the event will be held on Thursday morning by the general director of ISD, Reginaldo Freitas J\u00fanior, who will give the conference's opening speech at 9 am. Afterwards, the general health coordinator of the Care Network for People with Disabilities of the Ministry of Health, Arthur Medeiros, will lead the seminar's master class.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Journey is part of the program celebrating ISD's 10 years as a Social Organization linked to the Federal Government. And it intends, over the two days of programming, to strengthen the care network for people with disabilities through round tables, lectures, work presentations and reports of personal experience. One of the axes of discussion at the event is family-centered care.<\/span><\/p>\n

2:30 p.m.<\/strong>: Lecture: Beyond pain \u2013 Physiatry in the care of patients with disabilities<\/em>. Guest: Ana Laura, physiatrist medical preceptor at ISD.<\/p>\n
