The meeting provided an environment focused on the exchange of experiences, the strengthening of public management, and the collaborative construction of strategies for improving the Unified Health System (SUS).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On that occasion, Camila Sim\u00e3o gave a presentation on the \u201cIndividual Therapeutic Project (PTS): fundamentals and application in the care of people with disabilities,\u201d addressing the importance of this initiative for the organization of comprehensive and interdisciplinary care in the context of rehabilitation. The presentation promoted reflections on the quality of care, the sharing of experiences, and the development of practices that strengthen the Care Network for People with Disabilities (RCPD).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cParticipating in this panel, bringing the Individual Therapeutic Project (ITP) and matrix support as tools for managing and coordinating care, was very important to present strategies that can contribute to improving outcomes and responses to the health of people with disabilities. The Care Network for People with Disabilities (CDP) involves not only specialized care, but also Primary Health Care, other points in the care network, and sectors such as social assistance, education, sports, work, and culture,\u201d she emphasizes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The physiotherapist also emphasized that discussing these strategies at a national congress strengthens the Care Network for People with Disabilities in the territories. &quot;The Individual Therapeutic Project should be understood as a dynamic process that must be incorporated into the institutional culture to improve care and make its implementation effective,&quot; she stated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>About ISD<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) is a Social Organization of the Federal Executive Branch, supervised by the Ministry of Education, with the intervention of the Ministry of Sport.
