The sixth meeting of the SIG Re(h)abilitar of 2026 takes place this Wednesday (5), starting at 1:30 pm. With the theme \u201cIntersectoriality, matrixing and transition of care\u201d, the conference will be given by the Physiotherapy professor from the Faculty of Health Sciences of Trairi (Facisa\/UFRN), Gentil Gomes da Fonseca Filho. The meeting will be broadcast live and free of charge by <\/span>University Telemedicine Network<\/b><\/a> (RUTH).<\/span><\/p>\n

Aimed at healthcare professionals, managers, people with disabilities, students, and researchers, this month's meeting expands on discussions about the Individual Therapeutic Project, which has been the central theme of the Re(h)abilitar SIG throughout this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

The PTS (Personalized Therapeutic Plan) is a set of interdisciplinary actions designed for an individual and their family, focused on contextualized health needs. It seeks to overcome the traditional biomedical model, prioritizing user autonomy and the bond with the team. The process involves diagnosis, goal setting, and division of responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The SIG Re(h)abilitar meetings are held synchronously, via web conference, on the first Wednesday of each month. The initiative is promoted by the Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), in partnership with the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN).<\/span><\/p>\n

About the Re(h)habilitate GIS<\/b><\/p>\n

The SIG Re(h)abilitar is a Special Interest Group that integrates the University Telemedicine Network (RUTE). It functions as a network for collaboration and continuous learning, connecting health and educational institutions throughout Brazil to discuss best practices, share scientific evidence, and strengthen assistance for people with disabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Live sessions take place on the first Wednesday of each month. The schedule includes synchronous meetings until December.<\/span><\/p>\n
