color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ATENCI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Antes<\/strong> de cualquier env\u00edo, ver la pesta\u00f1a <strong>DOCUMENTOS REQUERIDOS<\/strong> para asegurarse de presentar toda la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para cada caso y <strong>evitar asuntos pendientes.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div><div><hr \/><\/div><h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #e77c0c; text-decoration: underline;\">Investigador responsable:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3><div>El investigador responsable tiene total autonom\u00eda sobre la presentaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de su proyecto. <strong>\u00c9l es el principal responsable de la investigaci\u00f3n.<br \/><\/strong>Entre ellos se incluyen: Profesor, Supervisor de Investigaci\u00f3n, Jefe de Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dT3BJ3uyRtQ&amp;list=PL1V4yELy3L8PXlN3QuFFBGeqxQRJc_FbZ&amp;index=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>haga clic aqu\u00ed<\/strong> para acceder a un v\u00eddeo explicativo del <strong>Funci\u00f3n del Investigador Principal<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><h5><span style=\"color: #2f6c6d;\"><b>Investigador responsable del ISD:<\/b><\/span><\/h5><\/div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cualquier proyecto que involucre investigaci\u00f3n con seres humanos, directa o indirectamente, coordinado por un investigador responsable vinculado al Instituto de Ense\u00f1anza e Investigaci\u00f3n Alberto Santos Dumont (ISD), debe ser sometido a este Comit\u00e9 de \u00c9tica en Investigaci\u00f3n (CEP\/ISD \u2013 CNPJ: 19.176.461\/0001-48), de acuerdo con la Resoluci\u00f3n n\u00ba 466\/2012 del Consejo Nacional de Salud \u2013 CNS.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h5><span style=\"color: #2f6c6d;\"><b>Investigador responsable externo al ISD:<\/b><\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si perteneces a <\/span><b>otra instituci\u00f3n, diferente de ISD<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que, en el caso de la Plataforma Brasil, <strong>no tiene un v\u00ednculo directo con el CEP\/ISD<\/strong>, el protocolo de investigaci\u00f3n <\/span><b>Se enviar\u00e1 primero al CONEP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de \u00c9tica en Investigaci\u00f3n), la cual a su vez, para redistribuir el protocolo, observar\u00e1 previamente si la instituci\u00f3n proponente seleccionada por el investigador tiene v\u00ednculo con alg\u00fan CEP; entonces, si no hay tal v\u00ednculo, se considerar\u00e1 como criterio la proximidad del CEP al local donde se realiza la investigaci\u00f3n, siguiendo las directrices de la Carta n\u00ba 0212\/CONEP\/CNS\/2010.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h4><span style=\"color: #2f6c6d;\"><strong>Asistente de investigaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>Los asistentes de investigaci\u00f3n son generalmente los <strong>aprendices<\/strong> del responsable. <strong>Estudiantes<\/strong> en <strong>primer grado<\/strong>, <strong>maestr\u00eda<\/strong> y <strong>Doctor en Filosof\u00eda<\/strong> Pueden unirse como asistentes de investigaci\u00f3n para sus supervisores.<\/p><p>EL <strong>Investigador responsable<\/strong> \u00c9l puede <b>delegar la funci\u00f3n de env\u00edo<\/b> Del proyecto a un <b>Asistente de investigaci\u00f3n<\/b>, quien tendr\u00e1 las mismas funciones que el Investigador Responsable, con algunas restricciones.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/dT3BJ3uyRtQ?feature=shared&amp;t=116\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>haga clic aqu\u00ed<\/strong> Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y conocer<span style=\"color: #333333; Debe ser claro, conciso y resaltar los apartados modificados, y s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1 analizado por los \u00f3rganos de aprobaci\u00f3n final.<br \/>En caso de <strong>cambios significativos<\/strong>, cual <strong>cambiar<\/strong> o <strong>caracterizar err\u00f3neamente<\/strong> el estudio original, <strong>Ser\u00e1 necesario presentar un nuevo protocolo<\/strong>.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Nv1bzMYTlMQ?feature=shared\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>haga clic aqu\u00ed<\/strong> para ver algunas pautas sobre <strong>C\u00f3mo presentar una enmienda<\/strong><\/a><br \/><\/span><\/p><\/div><div><strong>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y los detalles sobre c\u00f3mo presentar una enmienda est\u00e1n disponibles en <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/institutosantosdumont.org.br\/es\/plataforma-brasil\/\">Manual del investigador<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><\/div><h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #e77c0c;\"><b>Respuesta a cuestiones pendientes:<\/b><\/span><\/h3><h5><span style=\"color: #2f6c6d;\"><strong>Documento pendiente<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>Documento pendiente ocurre cuando un documento obligatorio no ha sido enviado o ha sido enviado, pero no se puede visualizar el archivo.<\/p><p>En este caso, el investigador deber\u00e1 ver el mensaje del CEP informando cu\u00e1les fueron los asuntos pendientes y enviar los documentos faltantes.<\/p><hr \/><h5><span style=\"color: #2f6c6d;\"><strong>Pendiente de opini\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/h5><p>El investigador recibir\u00e1 su Dictamen Fundamentado pendiente cuando el CEP identifique un obst\u00e1culo documental m\u00e1s complejo o un obst\u00e1culo \u00e9tico en el proyecto.
