The Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) opened the doors of the Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neuroscience (IIN-ELS), one of its units located in Macaíba (RN), to students from the public education network of municipalities in the Metropolitan Region of Natal, as part of the 18th National Science and Technology Week (SNCT). 

Starting on November 22, 2021, students from Parnamirim and Macaíba were able to experience activities involving virtual reality, electronics, microscopy and learn more about how the human brain works, in activities taught by master's students and Scientific Initiation students from the Institute.
