The Journey of the Care Network for People with Disabilities in Rio Grande do Norte is a annual extension event organized by ISD, whose main objective is to promote assistance actions centered on the patient and family with a research, teaching and extension character, as well as strengthening the integration between users and workers who work in the rehabilitation of patients. 

The second edition of the event takes place on the days 4, 5 and June 6, 2025, at the facilities of the Edmond and Liliy Safra International Institute of Neuroscience (IIN-ELS), and will have as its theme “Transformation of Care: PTS as a path”.

Reinforcing the role of ISD Specialized Rehabilitation Center (CER) As an environment for integration between teaching, service and community, the event seeks to strengthen the PcD Network of RN, bringing together agents from different rehabilitation centers around themes of scientific and social relevance, with updates on knowledge, skills, innovation and health technologies.
