The candidate must have extensive knowledge and previous experience in HR subsystems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calling, serving and evaluating candidates for open positions in the Institution, monitoring and carrying out selection processes, conducting and coordinating interviews, and providing integration training. Monitoring the preparation and implementation of PCMSO, PPRA and LTCAT. Providing guidance on the Benefits Plan, Performance Management Process, Career Maps, among others. Monitoring and executing personnel administration routines. Knowledge of ERP. Required education: Higher education in Psychology, Administration or related fields. Knowledge of English is essential.
