The candidate must hold a PhD in Biological Sciences or related fields, be interested in conducting research on topics related to brain-machine interfaces, neuromodulation, and neurorehabilitation, and be willing to teach in the Neuroengineering postgraduate program at IIN-ELS. Required skills: cellular and molecular neurobiology; fluorescence and confocal microscopy; and image processing. Publications in internationally relevant journals, completed supervisions, participation in research projects, and courses taught in undergraduate or postgraduate programs will be considered a plus. The Institute is located in Macaíba (RN), 14 km from Natal. The employment contract is a 40-hour CLT contract, and the salary range is comparable to that of an adjunct professor, including benefits.
