The candidate must hold a degree in Nursing from a higher education institution recognized by the MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education); Specialization and/or Residency in Child and Adolescent Health or Maternal and Child Health; preferably with a Master's and/or Doctorate in Nursing or related fields, or be in the final stages of a Master's and/or Doctorate (proof required through passing a Qualifying Examination); proven experience in clinical activities in Pediatric/Hebeatric Nursing; experience in teaching and/or preceptorship in the area of Child and Adolescent Health. The specific competencies of the nurse include those described in Regulation No. 123/2011 of the Federal Nursing Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Union No. 35, of February 18, 2011. Job responsibilities: to develop clinical and teaching, research and extension activities aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate studies in health professions, with emphasis on comprehensive health care for children and adolescents; To work alongside the Education and Interprofessional Work in Maternal and Child Health and Education for Social and Community Action programs developed by the Santos Dumont Institute.
