The candidate must have a degree in Medicine, with a diploma issued by a Higher Education Institution recognized by the MEC; have a certificate of completion of Medical Residency in Otorhinolaryngology recognized by the National Commission of Medical Residency (CNRM); Title of Specialist in Otology recognized by the Brazilian Medical Association (AMB) or Brazilian Association of Otorhinolaryngology and Cervicofacial Surgery (ABORL-CCF); Professional registration with the Regional Council of Medicine; preferably with a Master's and/or Doctorate (completed or in progress with proof by academic transcript or qualification minutes) in Otorhinolaryngology or related areas with a research project or dissertation/thesis involving otology/hearing health; experience in teaching and/or preceptorship. The duties of the position include, but are not limited to: developing clinical and teaching activities, research and extension aimed at undergraduate and graduate students in the health professions, with an emphasis on comprehensive care for hearing health; working in a rehabilitation center for people with hearing impairment; work with the ISD institutional programs: Education and Interprofessional Work (PISD 3), Master's in Neuroengineering (PISD 4) and Education for Social and Community Action (PISD 5) developed by the Santos Dumont Institute (ISD).
