The Anita Garibaldi Center for Health Education and Research, at the Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), will provide, as of this Wednesday (14), a new telephone line for scheduling appointments and scheduling exams.
The new number, (84) 99155-3027, is implemented in the midst of instabilities registered since February 11 in fixed telephony services in the region, provided by the operator Oi.
“The new number is an alternative to the problems we are facing with landlines, thus ensuring that users of Anita's services are not harmed and have access to the Centre. When they are reestablished, the landlines will continue to be available, with a total of three telephone options for contact”, informed the Center's coordination.
AVAILABLE PHONES
The new phone (84 99155-3027) is available for appointments via call. At the moment, the landline number (84) 3271-3612 is also working.
INSTABILITY
Fixed telephones, which are the responsibility of telephone operator Oi, have been experiencing instability since February 11, when it was reported that cables had been stolen in the Anita/ISD region. The fixed telephone line (84) 3271-1064 continues to experience instabilities with a repair forecast until Friday, (16), according to the operator.
SERVICES
The ISD is a reference in teaching, research, extension and care in maternal and child health and people with disabilities through the Specialized Center for Physical, Hearing and Intellectual Rehabilitation (CER III).
All essential services remain face-to-face – which includes activities such as high-risk prenatal care, diagnostic support services such as laboratory tests, electroencephalography and ultrasound, high-risk childcare and pediatrics, neurology, urology, otorhinolaryngology and infectology, in addition to caring for people in situations of sexual violence. The Institute, however, also offers a telehealth option for all users of the CER III clinics.
