Manuela highlights the relevance of the topics covered: “Immunotherapy is considered a major scientific advance for the treatment of allergies, autoimmunity and especially cancer. It is also a great example of translational science”, explains the researcher about this area combining basic research, which begins on the bench, and ends as an application in people's reality.
