IIN-ELS opens selection process for master's degree in Neuroengineering until June 5

The Master's degree in Neuroengineering Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neuroscience (IIN-ELS) receives applications from candidates until June 5, 2017. The public call is aimed at graduates in the areas of Health, Biological Sciences (Biology, Medicine, Psychology, etc.) and Engineering (bachelor's or licentiate degree), who wish to deepen their knowledge with a high standard of scientific and technical-professional competence at IIN-ELS, a unit of Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) located in Macaíba (RN), a city about 14 kilometers from Natal.
O Postgraduate Program (PPG) in Neuroengineering IIN-ELS offers the first and only master's degree in Neuroengineering in Brazil, with certification from Higher Education Personnel Improvement Coordination (CAPES).
Neuroengineering is an interdisciplinary research area that combines neuroscience and engineering methods to study the functioning of the nervous system and develop solutions for the limitations and dysfunctions associated with it. The Graduate Program in Neuroengineering at IIN-ELS has two lines of research: Brain-Machine Interface (BMI) It is neuromodulation.
The stages of the current selection process for the Master's in Neuroengineering and the deadlines are:
I – Registration: 04/20 to 06/05/17;
II – Document evaluation: 06/06 to 09/06/17;
III – Disclosure of the results of the first stage and scheduling of interviews: 06/09/17;
IV – Interviews with those approved in the first phase: 06/12 to 06/14/17;
V – Publication of results: 06/19/17;
VI – Pre-registration (via email): 06/26 to 06/30/17;
VII – Registration (in person): 01/08 to 04/08/17;
VIII – Classes start: 01/08/17.
