The Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) launched, this Thursday (3), three selection process notices to fill vacancies in different areas. Two notices are for the position of Research and Development Support Technician, working in the multi-user laboratories of the Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neurosciences (IIN-ELS). The third notice is for Administrative Assistant, a position exclusively for people with disabilities, working at the Anita Garibaldi Center for Education and Health Research (Anita). Both units operate in Macaíba.
The hiring process will be carried out under the CLT regime, with a 40-hour workweek. For technician positions, the gross salary is R$5,885.68, and candidates must have a degree in areas such as Engineering, Biomedicine, Neuroscience, Science and Technology or related fields. The administrative assistant position requires a high school diploma and previous experience in the area, with a salary of R$2,481.60. All positions offer benefits such as health and dental plans, meal and food vouchers, group life insurance and free transportation between Natal and Macaíba.
The duties of Research and Development Support Technicians include planning and executing trials in different research areas, providing technical support to researchers and students, maintaining equipment, and developing operational procedures. The administrative assistant will support the routines of the health unit, controlling materials, organizing documents, and supporting internal events and activities.
Applications will be open from July 3 to 25, 2025 for the positions of Research and Development Support Technician and from July 3 to 18, 2025 for the position of Administrative Assistant. The selection process includes document analysis, technical-behavioral interview and, in some cases, practical activity. Interested parties must submit the required documents — such as resume, letter of intent, supporting documents and letters of recommendation — as detailed in each notice.
