III Journey Multidisciplinary Intervention in the Neurogenic Bladder takes place in December

Posted in October 8, 2019

A Multidisciplinary Intervention Day for Neurogenic Bladder (JIMBN) is an event promoted through a partnership with Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) with the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). The third edition of JIMBN takes place on December 6th and 7th, 2019, with three pre-day mini-courses on December 5th, at Anita Garibaldi Health Education and Research Center (CEPS), in Macaíba (RN).

The action aims to gather and integrate scientific knowledge about the dysfunction known as Neurogenic Bladder (BN), which consists of the inability to control the act of urinating that patients affected by diseases of the central nervous system or peripheral nerves may suffer. The proposal is to take a broader, multidisciplinary look at these patients, with lectures and mini-courses that address the topic from different areas of health.
