ISD in the Media: Neuroengineering

Posted in October 4, 2019

“Neuroengineering is the combination of two areas: neuroscience and engineering. […] Now you have a new area creating techniques and devices in a way that 10 or 20 years ago people considered to be science fiction. Today it is a reality in Macaíba, here in Rio Grande do Norte. ”.

It is with this explanation that the Research Coordinator of Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neuroscience (IIN-ELS), Edgard Morya, begins his conversation about Neuroengineering on the program Philosophical Café on September 24th, where he talks about research and various aspects of this combination of areas. The program is broadcast on TV Universitária da Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN).
