The candidate must hold a degree in pedagogy, with recognized competence and experience in the democratic management of education, with particular emphasis on knowledge of the principles and methodology that guide pedagogical action, the regulations of each sector they manage, human resources, material resources and equipment, legislation, and ultimately, the organizational structure and management tools.
