Athlete-users and ISD representatives will join the Rio Grande do Norte delegation at the 2025 School Paralympics

The Santos Dumont Institute (ISD) will be represented at the 2025 School Paralympics, an event promoted by the Brazilian Paralympic Committee (CPB). Athlete-users, coaches and representatives from the institution have been invited to join the Rio Grande do Norte delegation at the competition, which will take place from November 17 to 29 in São Paulo (SP).

The full list of candidates was released last Monday (13) by the State Sub-Secretariat of Sports and Leisure (SEL), linked to the State Secretariat of Education of RN (Seec). Rio Grande do Norte will have representatives in the modalities of athletics, bocce, sitting volleyball, swimming, badminton, table tennis, weightlifting, taekwondo and judo.

The ISD will feature athletes-users in track and field and bocce, as well as taekwondo and track and field coaches, and representatives from the technical staff and health department. In total, 11 people from the institution are part of the Rio Grande do Norte delegation (see the full list below).

The School Paralympics had its first edition in 2009. According to the Brazilian Paralympic Committee, this is the largest global event for school-age children with disabilities.
