ISD Board of Directors participates in the last meeting of the year with the institution's Board of Directors

The board of directors of the Santos Dumont Institute (ISD), a Social Organization linked to the Ministry of Education (MEC) located in Macaíba (RN), participated on the morning of Wednesday (7), in the last meeting of the year with the institution's Board of Directors , on which occasion he presented reports relating to the activities carried out by ISD in the first half of 2022 and the third quarter of the year, in addition to the budget proposal for 2023.

 

One of the documents presented was the Management Financial Report for the third quarter of 2022, accompanied by the opinion of the Fiscal Council, which validated the accuracy of the documents provided by ISD and concluded, unanimously, that the shared data adequately reflects all relevant aspects and are in perfect legal and financial order.

 

The ISD board also updated the Council members on the report produced by the Management Contract Monitoring and Assessment Committee (CAACG) of the Ministry of Education (MEC), regarding the results presented by the ISD in the first half of 2022. The monitoring of the CAACG consists of evaluating the progress of activities in relation to the institution's expected results, demonstrated based on indicators previously agreed with the Ministry.

 

The councilors present approved the shared reports and the budget proposal for 2023, coordinated by the Planning Advisory, with the support of the ISD units. On the same occasion, advisor George Dantas, director of the Multicampi School of Medical Sciences of Caicó, was reappointed to the position and will serve on the Board for another four years.

 

The president of the Council, Theodoro Paraschiva, congratulated the ISD for the results obtained. “I congratulate the ISD team for the achievements achieved in this year of many challenges. May we remain firm in the mission that the institute embraces, which is to bring better health to the population”, he said. ISD's administrative director, Jovan Gadioli, led the meeting and, at the end, thanked the counselors for their work: “we got this far because of the partnership with you. In 2023, we will continue together to make ISD increasingly recognized and strong.”
