The implementation of the Individual Therapeutic Project (PTS) in the care network for people with disabilities will be the central theme of the second meeting of the SIG Re(h)abilitar in 2026. The session takes place this Wednesday (6), starting at 1:30 pm, with live and free transmission via Telemedicine University Network (RUTE).

The web conference will be led by the coordinator of the Specialized Rehabilitation Center of the Santos Dumont Institute (CER ISD), physiotherapist Camila Simão. During the meeting, the professional will present concepts and share experiences related to the implementation of the PTS (Personalized Therapeutic Project) at CER ISD.

The Individual Therapeutic Project (ITP) is a set of interdisciplinary actions designed for an individual and their family, focused on needs centered on the health context. It seeks to overcome the traditional biomedical model, prioritizing the user's autonomy and the bond with the team. The process involves diagnosis, goals, division of responsibilities, and continuous reassessment.
