On February 12, 2015, the Official Gazette of the Union published Ordinance 106 of the Ministry of Education, which establishes the Management Contract Assessment Committee (CACG) that will regularly analyze the achievement of the Santos Dumont Institute's goals. The CACG, whose powers are based on the Social Organizations law, 9637, of 15/05/1998, is made up of six specialists, who will monitor the execution of the actions and objectives set out in the Management Contract, signed in 2014 between the MEC, the Santos Dumont Institute and UFRN.
